The lady was super nice and friendly but the treatment wasn't great, had bits missed on my wax. Also they don't take cards so had to dash out to fine a cashpoint.

Caroline has magic hands with massage, and is much more engaged and professional than other venues I've tried so far in central Bristol. The venue is good with the beauty section being downstairs and with peacefully fresh looking white paint, and on a different floor from the busier hair section. Very central location.
