The colonic was handled very professionally - I'd visit again. The massage however was pretty rubbish - I just felt like lightly rubbing my back - it did nothing. I actually said to her "I'm good now, thanks - shall we move on?" after asking her to do it a bit firmer a bunch of times

The therapist did an amazing job to make my skin feel and look healthier and quite radiant. I just didn't like that the extraction part of the facial involved a little more pressure on my face than I would've liked (I developed a faint mark on my forehead later that day...) All in all, it was a good experience - lovely and helpful staff and a relaxing treatment!

I asked for a small triangle to be kept in place and instead had far too much waxed off. the focus seemed to be on speed rather than listening to the customer.

I got to my appointment 10 mins early to be told I was late, I then showed the girl on the desk my appointment time and she just said I would still have to wait till after 2 people had gone before me. There's obviously an issue with the time slots they have on Treatwell and not matching up with their own booking system. That said the tanning booth itself was fine and the girl on the desk was friendly enough, but it did take up my entire lunch hour to have 9 mins on the sunbed.
