I wish I booked this sooner, I wanted to try this treatment for years but I was hesitant for many different reasons. Decided to go for it and was not disappointed. I could feel the positive effects as soon as I left the Rosebery Rooms and the technician was incredibly professional, offering great advice while at the same time making me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. I was so impressed that I told two of my friends about it (not something you usually talk about!) and they're signing up as well. I highly recommend doing the treatment and considering a course. Consider it your personal MOT.

Really pleased with my eyebrow threading and tinting as always - unfortunately they hadn't booked me in for the eyelash tint I'd paid for, so I had to schedule for another day...

I would not return, I have had many a wax in my time.
The wax was too hot, my skin was not held probably so it pulled on my skin when the wax strip was being pulled up.
It would be nice if when you explained that you were in discomfort to staff they would listen as opposed to telling you not to worry.
