I went to get eyelash extensions and let me start by saying that the actual treatment itself was professionally done and the treatment room was not too shabby. I lay down to have this done and it was really relaxing, so much so that you almost end up sleeping. Now on to the actual treatment... This is the first time my eyelash extensions have barely made it to two weeks! I am extremely careful about how I care for eyelash extensions (as a trained beautician myself), water barely touched them and neither did makeup (and I do wear makeup regularly). I clean my face in a particular way when I have eyelash extensions done as I try to get them to last as long as possible before refills (I generally get my treatments to last about 4 weeks, and that's with minimum fallout, before going for refills). These lashes that I had done at Rosebery Rooms kept falling off about 3-4 days after. I thought it was mild fallout at first but by the following week I had lost just about every single lash bar a few!! I'm pretty sure it's because the beautician barely used any glue (I could feel it at the time but thought nothing of it till after). It's a shame because the process of the treatment itself was very pleasant (hence the additional star) and the lashes looked beautiful after they were first done. But the overall quality of the treatment was incredibly poor (which deserves just 1 star). Needless to say, I shall not be going back and can't recommend it as it was a huge waste of money. I have gone somewhere else to get new lashes done and the difference is incredible, which further confirms that Rosebery Rooms did such a poor poor job.
