I was underwhelmed as the Roseberry Rooms is described as a 'day spa', which it isn't, and for the services offered I found it overpriced.

Lovely and welcoming staff, even though they could not find my booking from Treatwell, they made time for me, although the waxing seemed a little rushed and there could have been a bit more attention to detail. The staff were very nice, though, and the waxing was as painless as could be! The colonic was excellent, they made me feel so comfortable and secure and I felt like a new person afterwards. I will definitely be back!!

My booking was not in the system of the venue but they were really accommodating and found a place for me quickly. Great waxing too

There was slight confusion when I arrived, as it seemed that my booking via treatwell did not appear on the system, however after showing my email confirmation and a phone call to the manager this was sorted out. The waxing itself was very good, and efficient. In particular they paid more attention than most do to any left over hairs at the end.
