The massage itself was good although not much understanding of pressure was shown by the therapist. I also strongly disliked being offered deals during my massage for my next booking. I was there to relax.

The staff were lovely and couldn't be faulted. But the room was tiny, dirty - badly decorated (wires coming out from between tiles) and cold. They had a small noisy heather in the room which didn't aid the relaxation of the massage.
Whilst the massage was good, the oil used didn't seem great and didn't smell that nice.
For the colonic you are asked to fill out a long and detailed lifestyle form and then nothing happens with this information. I wasn't consulted about my health or any information provided so I am not sure why this was required.
I am not sure how this happened but straight after I left I had an awful migraine - and felt really ill.

My original appointment was cancelled so when i turned up on the day i couldnt be seen which means i wasted a whole lunch break. They accommodated for me the next day but sent me a confirmation email with the incorrect time which meant me having to waste more time calling to confirm. My treatment however was good and the lady lovely.
