Had an appointment at 6.00 pm which was booked 11 days in advance but the venue moved it forward to 6.30 pm. I arrived at the venue 10 minutes earlier but they claimed that someone had came in at 6.00 pm and had already enjoyed the service which was paid on my card. It was 6.20 pm so regardless of the issue (very, very strange!and by the way THANK YOU FOR NOT CHECKING THE NAME, CARD OR ID OF THE OTHER CUSTOMER!) I wanted to have my service but they told me that it was impossible as they had no availability at that time which is even more strange as they moved my appointment to begin with. I could not enjoy my treatment and was not given any reasonable explanation as to why this has happened. Still under investigation by the lovely Treatwell's team but all I can say is that this is not a very professional venue, they have no knowledge of how to deal with customers when issues happen and it is most likely their fault and they were not helpful at all or resolutive in any way. I asked them to contact Treatwell as they might have a quicker way to reach them as a supplier then myself as a customer but I was told Treatwell did not have a phone number (another lie!). 3 minutes later I was on the phone with Treatwell's team after a quick search on Google. I had already been in this venue (which is located on a lower ground literally below the sidewalk, not great) but I will never go back or let any friend go. Unprofessional and bad customer service. Thumbs up for Treatwell which was extremely helpful and are still investigating this issue.
