I was so impressed with the staff at the Rosebery Rooms. I was running 20 minutes late for my appointment (the address on the website is incorrect so I went to the wrong place! They could do with better directions!)... They were so understanding and managed to give me the colonic followed by the massage and kept the Spa open for me (I was there till 8pm so really this was above and beyond customer service!)
The colonic was good but I had a few problems (my fault not the therapists) perhaps because I was stressed/rushed, but I did feel better afterwards and have booked another session.
The massage was excellent.
I had a wonderful and relaxing massage which was very much needed after a hard days work. The assistant was very pleasant and informative in regards to my colonic hydrotherapy, she made me feel as ease.

Had a hot wax but the main part was actually strip wax. There was no music in the room so it was rather awkward and uncomfortable. Also had my eyebrows threaded but the girl was a bit too enthusiastic on my right side and now my eyebrows are uneven. She didn't seem to even notice which was disappointing. For £10 I would have expected a keener eye.
