It was an upsetting experience and an encounter as they have not booked my treatment properly and I turned up for my AM Saturday appointment after preparing myself for day just to find out that they only booked part (my treatment was 2 stage) of the treatment. The receptionist was encourage by her superior on the phone to rush the treatment and I am really thankful for her she didn't as it could have resulted in some serious for me complications. I admire the receptionist's integrity, professional manner and warmth. It was a struggle to get a refund with her superior (over the phone) as she was pretending she does not understand what seems to be the problem but I have also called Wahanda (wonderful Customer Services) and all got sorted out very quickly from there.
The staff on premises was absolutely fantastic though and I could not fault them.
I was so impressed with the staff at the Rosebery Rooms. I was running 20 minutes late for my appointment (the address on the website is incorrect so I went to the wrong place! They could do with better directions!)... They were so understanding and managed to give me the colonic followed by the massage and kept the Spa open for me (I was there till 8pm so really this was above and beyond customer service!)
The colonic was good but I had a few problems (my fault not the therapists) perhaps because I was stressed/rushed, but I did feel better afterwards and have booked another session.
The massage was excellent.
I had a wonderful and relaxing massage which was very much needed after a hard days work. The assistant was very pleasant and informative in regards to my colonic hydrotherapy, she made me feel as ease.
Really good, nice simple venue, and very professional. I was very happy with my wax, would definitely go back again

Treatment was quick and done to a high standard. Very good value. Staff are friendly and experienced. Would definitely recommend.
