I had a brazilian wax. The therapist was very nice but it wasn't the most thorough wax I've ever had. The is basic, but nice. Overall, good value for money.

It was an upsetting experience and an encounter as they have not booked my treatment properly and I turned up for my AM Saturday appointment after preparing myself for day just to find out that they only booked part (my treatment was 2 stage) of the treatment. The receptionist was encourage by her superior on the phone to rush the treatment and I am really thankful for her she didn't as it could have resulted in some serious for me complications. I admire the receptionist's integrity, professional manner and warmth. It was a struggle to get a refund with her superior (over the phone) as she was pretending she does not understand what seems to be the problem but I have also called Treatwell (wonderful Customer Services) and all got sorted out very quickly from there.
The staff on premises was absolutely fantastic though and I could not fault them.
