Had a lovely manicure, professional staff would definitely visit back again in the near future! Also the place is easy to find
The staff at reception were inattentive and overcharged me. I started my treatment 15 minutes late because of their mishap. On the other hand, the woman who threaded my eyebrows and lip was good and precise. However, the same woman did my shellac manicure - this was awful. It appeared as though she had no experience of painting nails. It was so messy that I had to ask for her to do it again. Definitely would not recommend any nail treatments here.

The IPL was very good and professional. I have been somewhere before where I found it extreamly painful although at the Rosebery Rooms I found it pain free, also the staff made me free comfortable.
