Booking was easy, and the therapist was friendly and welcoming. However, there were a few issues with my appointment. There was nowhere to put my personal belongings in the treatment room. I also specifically asked not to wax over my birthmark, but that request was unfortunately missed. A few days after the treatment, I developed several red patches where the skin appears to have been irritated or slightly damaged.

Came in, sat down and Gurmeet finished within 5 minutes. I absolutely love what she did with my brows, despite paying more than what I’m used to for but in my opinion it’s completely worth every penny!
