Have a few hot wax previously but this one had another beautician not sure what her name is and she keep on going over the same area with hot wax which really caused a lot of irritation to the area. Was in pain for the next 24-48 hrs. And the clinic double dips the waxing stick which could lead to cross contamination- need to improve on hygiene
