Rose was so lovely and talkative. she made me feel welcome and looked after. my hair has never felt nicer than it did after that appointment. my hair looked exactly as i imagined it too which was to be expected as Rose made sure to ask me detailed questions about what it was i wanted so she could get it exactly how i was imagining. i will 100% be going back to Rose. Thank you!
