There was confusion when I sat down that I was having a cut and colour when I had just booked in for a quick blow dry before a party. I asked for a natural, full and wavy blowdry. What I actually got was a rough dry then permed curly ringlets via GHDs. I was running late for my party and so annoyed because the stylist didn't listen at all. I asked him to smooth out the ringlets with the round brush but he just combed them through. It was awful. If you advertise a blow dry on the website your stylists should be happy to do them standalone and in a proper method ie. using a brush to achieve shine and volume. Noone asked me if it was ok at the end (maybe they could tell by my face). Won't be back.

managed to get whole legs and bikini in 40min, which was great!
Staff are friendly. However there should be option in Treatwell to use hot wax instead of strip wax to avoid surprises when you need to pay.
Beautiful salon and super friendly staff. They did exactly what I asked for!
