I was really impressed with the quality of the wax I received and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The price was good but you couldn't spend on cars under £25 so I had to make it up to that but to be honest I thought the quality was worth that.

I did not expect a strip wax in all the most sensitive areas to be so painless - I guess that's how the experience of the beautician can make all the difference! The rooms may be a little enclosed but the decor makes it feel fabulous spacious and calming. Plus the beds move making it so much less awkward for me as well as the beautician. Thank you Root - I'll be back for more!
