Horrible experience. From the rude person at the hair salon, to waiting over 10 mins to be seen. Then the confusion between the 2 staff as to who was meant to do my nails, the salon not being properly set up for 2 people to have nails done at the same time. Then not even being allowed to touch the colour samples and when I tried, having my hand battered away. If I hadn’t already prepaid, I would have walked then and there. Your entire team need a session on customer service. Won’t return
