I arrived early and I was surprised not to be asked for my name and coat taken.
The hairdresser was very efficient and understood what I wanted. It looked very good and still does.
I will go again.
Disappointed that The price of just having a blow dry is very high. It doesn’t make sense of charging nearly as much as wash, cut and blow dry.

First time using Rokas and I think I found my place. I came in with super thick lockdown locks and a huge scruffy beard. Sergio didn't flinch and got to work. Really thorough and friendly guy, you can tell he cares about doing right by the customer. Im really happy with the result and will be returning regularly.

Staff are so friendly and they keep the salon very clean and organised. I wasn't too sure Rima fully understood the haircut style that I wanted but it wasn't a bad haircut.

The end result was okay, but the process was a bit too long. A lot of equipment was missing and the pedicurist seemed a bit insecure.

Overall it’s ok but left with a lot of hair all over my shirt and face!
Beard shaping wasn’t the greatest I had, I had to improve it myself when I got home.
Hair cut was better but not exactly as I requested.
