Easy and central location to find. The therapist Zee was nice and welcoming. As this was my first facial i can't really compare it with others, but it felt great! The products smelt lovely and my face felt very smooth. Zee explained what each product was for and the overall experience was relaxing. I will deffinately be having regular facials!
Great value facial. The therapsit knew what she was doing and explained the various different treatments as she went along. Great value and I had comments the next day on how good my skin was looking.

I have had the 1hr Dermalogica facial. My therapist, Zee, was very nice and welcoming. She has explained every product she was using and we have had a little chat about the best products I could use at home too. My skin feels clean and spots have cleared up. The treatment room was warm and relaxing, there was a bit of noise from the outside (I was there after six pm) but it didn't bother me too much. Overall I think it's a good value treatment and will definitely consider going back.

Zee was great and I really enjoyed my facial. Luckily I had read a few reviews before because you have to go through the B.Hive building, sign-in, and then (in my case) she was waiting for me and took me downstairs to the treatment room.
The room itself is plain (it's not a whole spa or anything) but comfortable enough. The bed is comfortable and she gives you a nice clean robe to put on so that later she can massage your neck and shoulders.
Zee is warm and very polite. She does a great job explaining everything step-by-step but at the same time, she respects the fact that it's a treatment and doesn't spend the whole time chatting (I hate that!). The products themselves are great and I felt like I had a new face even just halfway through the treatment! The next day, my skin is still very soft and in general I feel like a newer, nicer layer has been revealed!
I think I'll be back, the value is great, and the experience itself was very nice.
If you can look past the fact that it's not a 5* spa setting, I'd definitely recommend her.

I went to BHive on a Sunday and had a great facial (amazing therapist, great Dermalogica products). Facial was thorough and left my skin in great condition. I appreciated a lot the ability to book for a Sunday and the very friendly welcome. The salon itself is OK, clean but the decoration is quite sparse. To be honest, I was not fussed: I would rather go for a great treatment than a fancy decorated salon!
