Rock chic beauty is nice however I found it a bit hard to find as I wasn't sure if it was the right place as the outside says B.Hive. when I went in I was welcomed by the owner of rock chic who was very friendly. After a few minutes my treatment started and the therapist was great as she explained what products she was using and what it does for my skin. Overall it was a great experience especially as this was my first facial. Very happy with the service

I was really disappointed with this facial, I am not normally fussy and am easily pleased but from all the good reviews I am shocked at how different my experience was. The room was very basic which is fine I dont have a facial for the decor but the therapist seemed very inexperienced. The room was very light and instead of wrapping you up in towels on the bed I had to lie there with a dressing gown on which felt strange. The products she used were great but her techniques were very repetitive and basically consisted of her putting a product on my face rubbing it in excessively and scrubbing it off very roughly with a flannel. If you have a face mask on I always think its a sign of a good therapist if they give you massage in those 'in between' times when you are waiting for the product to come off. A number of time this was the case and the therapist just sat there listening to songs on her phone (yes i could hear!). She did give me a massage during the final face mask but as I said previously it was just a repetitive movement. and wasnt enjoyable.
I'm not usually one to moan but I couldnt wait for this facial to be over as it just felt awkard! On a positive note though the products were lovely and my skin felt very nice afterwards.

Very satisfied with the treatment. The therapist was very friendly and professional. Fantastic products. Nice, calm, relaxing environment. Central location, easy access. I will definitely come back. I strongly recommend it.

I was a bit worried about this after reading some of the reviews on here, but I had a lovely experience. Yes, the building the beauty room is in also houses other businesses, but it is not a corporate "officey" environment at all. It's really nicely decorated, with a lot of white wicker, floral designs and open areas, a lovely feel.
The therapist was lovely, examined my skin thoroughly and gave me the right facial for my skin, which was pretty dry. She explained what each product was before using it and it's benefits and effects. The extraction bit was my least favourite part- it was quite painful and she did put a lot of pressure on the bone in my nose which was a bit worrying! But this was the only bit I didn't love and it didn't last long!
The products she used were great and I left feeling very relaxed with beautifully soft skin.
