I had a Hollywood Wax with Rita at Rock Chic Beauty yesterday afternoon and am more than pleased with the results. Rita herself was wonderful; warm and friendly, immediately putting me at ease and living up to my expectations based on other reviews.
Rita constantly asked if I was happy with the temperature of the hot wax being used and clearly instructed me and communicated throughout the treatment. She then took time to finish the treatment thoroughly and to ensure I was happy with the results.
I paid £15 more for the previous Hollywood I had at another salon within a nearby hotel and although the surroundings were more plush the actual finish of the treatment was no more superior. As an individual on a budget, the price and the service I receive are the most important factors and for this I cant fault Rock Chic Beauty. I will definitely return for my next wax and perhaps even a facial which seems to be a specialty of Rita's.

The staff members were so friendly and lovely - got offered tea. I had booked in for a gel manicure which was applied really well and the colour is fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Very friendly beautician, and a relaxing experience with nice dermalogica products used. Skin felt lovely and refreshed afterwards, and looked a lot healthier. Very good for the price, as facials can be very expensive.

The beautician Rita couldn't be more welcoming and friendly, facial was very relaxing and the very thorough cleansing with extraction left my skin blemishes free, soft and glowing.
This facial is recommended for anyone who commutes and has clogged up black heads .
