I found the location fairy easily despite some the reviews saying it was difficult to find. I arrived 10 mins early and Rita was able to start my appointment straight way. I had the Shellac with nail shape treatment and it took the full 55 mins. Rita was very friendly and did a lovely thorough job-very pleased with how my nails look. The treatment room is located in an office building but is pleasant enough. I'ddefinitely go back.

I went to have shalic nails done yesterday as my normal salon couldnt fit me in, I saw Rita and she was very friendly and nice and she did a great job, I would def go back and would ask for Rita again.

Place is located inside an office building, almost walked passed it. The treatment was held in a small room, comfortable but nothing to brag about. My treatment was quick, not as relaxing as I would have liked it due to the cold room and sound of traffic coming from outside. The therapist was great and attended to my needs, and my face came out clearer, though a little red.

Therapist Rita was very friendly. Place was very clean. It was the 5th place I've been on a voucher, this year for a facial, and its been the first time I was treated well and not rushed out the door. At last I've found a beautician who enjoys her work and enjoys making her client happy.
I've had a huge, hard, blackhead on my nose for a very long time, and each therapist I've seen haven't been able to budge it, two of them actually said I'll need to go to a surgeon to have it removed! Well Rita did 'surgery', cos as soon as she steamed my face she went for it and got it loose after the first squeeze. I would have been happy to pay for that on its own, so happy to got rid of that mountain of a spot on the side of my nose, thank-you Rita.
The room that held the clean salon, uses good quality creams, mask, and steamer. So happy to have found Rita at this salon, after aong search.
You're also offered drinks and mags, and treated like a treat, which is the whole point of booking beauty treatments.
Unfortunately I've had over a two dozen vouchers for beauty treatments from nails to wax to massages, and 98% of the time I've been treated poorly and 99% of the time the so called therapist don't know what they're doing, or know how to communicate, and left feeling disappointed and sometimes scarred.
Had a great experience from the time I entered to the time I left. Thank-you Rita for enjoying your job and doing it well
