Rock Chic Beauty is quite hidden away with no waiting area but there was no one in before me so I didn't have to wait. I was very well looked after - immediately offered a drink and Rita's very friendly so makes you feel comfortable; she paid close attention to detail and I really enjoyed my pedicure. Thank you!

Very relaxing - Therapist is especially good at massage. Really enjoyed the pedicure and will definitely return again!

I really don't like posting negative comments about a service online but I feel I have to say something because the reason I booked this salon was because the reviews were all so positive. It was truly the most horrendous waxing experience I've gone through in my years of visiting salons. The service was terrible and overall the waxing technician really needs training in this area. She kept blaming me for the fact that it was so difficult and painful but actually it was her own lack of skills and the end result was poor. The facial was much better so I would recommend that but I couldn't recommend the waxing aspect at all, it was painful, embarrassing, stressful and demeaning.

The staff is EXCELLENT and super friendly..the only thing I concerned on is the water supply...she has been using the same water from the begining till the end of the treatment. Overall, the facial and message is amazing. Worth for trying!!
