The therapist was lovely and the venue close to the tube, but the facial wasn't very thorough. The products and procedures followed were more in line with a 30 minute express facial than an hour deep cleanse, which was what I had booked.

I went here based on good reviews on Treatwell and wasn't disappointed. Brilliant location right near Waterloo station. Zee is absolutely lovely and very efficient. Very pleased with my treatment and will be booking a 2nd appointment.

This morning I had a wonderful Face facial with Vee at Rock Chic Beauty. The overall experience was relaxing was exactly what my skin needed after all the hot and sticky weather we have been having. The venue is well situated close to Waterloo station though the room itself is quite small and in a shared office building. However, it is clean and well equipped and the actual treatment more than makes up for the lack of ambiance. I was offered tea or water when I arrived. Vee then talked through the treatment at every stage and and was firm but gentle. My skin feels clean for the first time in ages. I am now looking to see what other treatments I may enjoy and would be happy to return.
