Zee was great and I really enjoyed my facial. Luckily I had read a few reviews before because you have to go through the B.Hive building, sign-in, and then (in my case) she was waiting for me and took me downstairs to the treatment room.
The room itself is plain (it's not a whole spa or anything) but comfortable enough. The bed is comfortable and she gives you a nice clean robe to put on so that later she can massage your neck and shoulders.
Zee is warm and very polite. She does a great job explaining everything step-by-step but at the same time, she respects the fact that it's a treatment and doesn't spend the whole time chatting (I hate that!). The products themselves are great and I felt like I had a new face even just halfway through the treatment! The next day, my skin is still very soft and in general I feel like a newer, nicer layer has been revealed!
I think I'll be back, the value is great, and the experience itself was very nice.
If you can look past the fact that it's not a 5* spa setting, I'd definitely recommend her.

I went to BHive on a Sunday and had a great facial (amazing therapist, great Dermalogica products). Facial was thorough and left my skin in great condition. I appreciated a lot the ability to book for a Sunday and the very friendly welcome. The salon itself is OK, clean but the decoration is quite sparse. To be honest, I was not fussed: I would rather go for a great treatment than a fancy decorated salon!

The products used were great and my skin felt so much better for the facial. Overall I felt like I got a great deal for the price I paid.
The quality of service, ambiance and overall spa treatment experience howerever was pretty low. The therapist was very young and obviously very inexperienced, so I felt like my facial was part of her training in a way.
But, like I said, I still felt like I got a good value in the products that were used. If I got the same deal again, I would go back.
The locations was lovely - very pretty offices and it's an interesting set-up. The room itself was pretty small. I was very impressed with the therapist as she clearly knew the products and my skin! Would definitely go back as the full prices are so reasonable for the quality.

Really interesting venue. Lovely 'house' very close to convent garden. For some reason I found it complicated to get to from the tube station (was probably me!) The room was a little faded but the actual venue made up for it. The therapist was lovely. Very pleasant, polite and friendly. She was running late due to delays on the underground but texted me to advise me of this but in the end she wasn't late at all. The facial was lovely. The products smelt delicious and I felt so fresh and clean afterwards. A luxurious experience. I would love to go again.
