Lady that works there is nice. Facial was very average though. Instead of spreading the massage around in the treatment, the first half is the facial (which is very quick for a facial) and the second half is a vague sort of massage. They don't ask about pressure preferences or anything. I don't think she washed her hands before the treatment either.

Great care was taken over the eyebrow shaping and I was really pleased with the results. It was a bit more expensive than I've paid in the past but worth it for the attention paid.

As said before, this is a small room in an office block. However, this doesn't really matter as the quality and cleanliness was impeccable. The therapist put on calming music and did a fantastic job on my feet. I found this more relaxing than a bustling salon and would go back.
