Excellent. Can't fault. Friendly and professional. The setting is a bit strange, in an office but it still works fine.
Great session leaving me a super clean face. The extraction process was a bit painful as expected and I had a bit of redness afterwards, which turned out to be ok the next day. I felt my face was super clean (I am oily skin and have many blackhead). The neck and shoulder massage was a nice touch. Will go back again.
Classic Facials
The venue itself is in a small room in a commercial building. The room is quite small and cluttered and frankly not much ambiance at all. However the treatment and the staff more than make up for it. Rita is extremely good at what she's doing and one thing that stood out from other spas that I have visited ( and I've been to many ) is the focus on extractions. My face felt so clean and clear afterwards that I literally jumped for joy. However it may not be suitable for someone who doesn't like extractions so much.
Classic Facials
Terrible pedicure and manicure. By the time I got home, the Nail polish had bubbles formed which is a sign that it was very old bottle. The cuticle treatment when I saw later in the evening showed like as if I'd never gotten a treatment at all. Even pedicure was so badly done that the same day I had dry skin patches at the bottom of my foot showing that she had barely scrubed. I took pictures to keep evidence. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Great, I get a hollywood wax here every month. Rita is fab, she is really quick and a delight to chat to.
