A lovely lady, however the shellac came off in one of my nails as soon as I left the salon, it had bubbled during the process and the overall finish was uneven. I was offered to go back for free to have it re touched and she even offered my a free removal and that if I text her she would get me any colour shellac polish. That I cannot fault her on, she is clearly keen to please her customers, however despite all that I feel let down by the quality of the finish which is a shame. Her facials however seen to be her thing.

The facial was really good, since there are only a few places in London where you can get properly done extractions these days. (for those who like to have it) Rita, as always, is very nice, sweet and pleasant lady who does the best facials without much fuss. Would I recommend her services? Well, I have been her client for more than 2 years and it says all about her and treatments she provides.

Really friendly beautician and the service was very good. It was a little confusing to get into the building as it's a multi-purpose office block and the beauticians is in one of the rooms on the ground floor. I would definitely return here as it's only a 5 minute walk from Waterloo station and was good value for money.
