The therapist was lovely and clearly very good at what she does. The only downside was the location which is a small room in the ground floor of an office block. I didn't particularly mind this for my particular treatment but if I'd been expecting a more overall relaxing experience I would have been disappointed! I think the room could be imporoved loads if the lighting wasn't so harsh.

I had an extraction facial at Rock Chic with lovely lady called Rita last Friday. I booked an extraction facial as I am very conscious of blackheads on my nose and chin, without a shadow of a doubt this was the best extraction facial I have ever had. Rita was deft at removing all the blackheads, she did this without any fuss and it was over before I knew it. She finished the facial with a relaxing pressure point massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am planning to go back, once a month at least!
