Friendly staff put me as ease. The wax was ok but a bit messy and missed a few areas and didn’t spend time tweezing after got hairs missed

I had Shellac from another salon with a hard base which is a standard product, however the beautician has clearly never removed hard base and tried to force it off my nails rather than filing it off the nail gently. If you have not had your Shellac done there, don’t even try.
