I thought my therapist was lovely and I have previously had a facial from the owner but whilst I thought her technique was good - I was hugely disappointed at her lack of knowledge ref Dermalogica. There was no skin consultation, or any asks around whether my skin was sensitive or not. I’ve used dermalogica religiously for a decade and was small horrified when she used the skin prep scrub on my skin. Far far too harsh and has caused me to have a reaction on my forehead, which is very disappointing. That said, I think if you can guide them through products etc, this facial would be good value
