I booked a full body wax on treatwell which cost £80. When I went in I got told that some of the places I wanted waxing weren’t included. False advertisement? In the end, I ended up having to pay an extra £50 on top of the £80 I had already paid to get the areas waxed that I wanted. I feel like £130 for a full body wax is a little extortionate! No? Haha. I wasn’t even given a breakdown or explanation about the additional charges. I was just handed the card machine which I thought was a little rude. The waxing itself was good and it only took 1.5 hours to do my whole body. Sabah was amazing and made you feel as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend her. The only improvement I think they need to make is to explain what is included in their full body wax.

Amazing customer service really lovely people however the blow dry took 2 hours! All in all good experience though
