Ladies were welcoming and fantastic, offering water or coffee or tea as a refreshment.. Place is clean, immaculate. Only fault I`d point out would be thinning the nail polish with nail polish remover in front of me. I know it is a common practice to do so, but the nail polish did not last long and it affect drying time and surface of the nails.
Booked and paid through treatwell initially.
The person who done my blow dry then nicely greated me and washed my hair. Following, she then spent over 20 minutes simply brushing and sectioning my hair perfectly. The first section she began to blow dry , she blow dried 'curly' however was holding it to stay in shape. I tend to get blow dries at least twice a week so I am familiar with how a good blow dry is done, even if my hair is quite long.
She took longer than any stylist I have ever been, and the 'curls' were not that curly at all. When I came to the till to confirm I had paid after this not satisfying experience, the person who appeared to be in charged informed me that the blow dry was in fact 3x more expensive, as my hair was long and the "curly" blow dry takes extra time.
It is a shame because its a nice salon, and the stylist is obviously newly starting and was quite nice, but they need to work on how to maintain client relationships, especially as I live close by so would have been a regular had they been much nicer.
Would not recommend for blow dries at all.
