the worst experience ever. The threading was ok she talked to everyone else in the salon. The waxing was unacceptable. She was waxing the back of my legs, got a phone call, took it, rushed out and said i was finished. I realised once i was outside that she hadn't put any oil or cream on my legs and my jeans were sticking. when i took them off i had loads of grey wax streaks up and down my entire legs. had to remove with a pumice stone. will never return. disgusting customer service
