All the staff were lovely and so welcoming! It was my first time visiting and my hair looked amazing in the end after getting a full head of highlights! However, I was in the hairdressers for 7 hours which is the longest I have ever been in a salon - the results were worth it and the girls made sure I had enough tea and sandwiches to keep me going! Will definitely be back :)

Bruna was my lovely hairdresser who was friendly and approachable, she understood what I wanted with my hair and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, she gave me great advice on haircare and I am very pleased with my finished style.

I was disappointed as soon as I entered the salon. Man on reception messing around on his phone. Half eaten tin of baked beans on table in waiting area, with spoon sitting in it - turns out it's the guy's lunch. Yuk. Kept waiting 15 mins as the client in front had walked in off the street with no appointment. Wax acceptable. Manicure awful. Quality of the varnish (thick and old) and varnishing unacceptable. I should have come out feeling proud of my nails - they looked amateurish and varnish cracking off the next day. Salon was not as clean as it should be. Their diary is empty and now I know why.
