The staff were extremely friendly and nice although the treatment itself was a little haphazard. When they put the pads over my eyes they then moved me to another chair, and when I needed to wash my eyes, they had to get me back up and try and guide me to the sink. I think this could be made a little smoother. Apart from that it was a good service and they were lovely.
