They were overbooked majorly and this lead to the main issue which was how rushed my nail art was. Compared to other nail art that they’ve done for me, they did this one quite carelessly. Because they were rushing this also meant the surface wasn’t cleaned after the girl who sat in the seat before me, so there was quite a bit of dust. I come regularly so a negative experience was quite disappointing and unusual.
