I had an appointment but when I got there walk ins were making all appointments run late. I then explained I had made an appointment as I had another appointment to follow to be told to come back at 4.30 bearing in mind my appointment was 11.30..I eventually got seen but the girl was seeing to 3 of at the same time so there was no care at all..she even was standing while doing my nails. I was very disappointed in the service I was given and will not be returning as the customer service was appalling
I booked gel polish as I know it does not require the nail to be filed down prior to application. However, upon arrival the staff did not respect my wishes to not have nails filed down. I also asked for my cuticles not to be cut off, due to being wary of hygiene issues related to this procedure. However, they cut my cuticles off, and in the process, they cut too much off that left me with a bleeding open cut. I received no acknowledgment or compensation for this mistake.

I felt a bit forgotten about - got left in the room for about 15 mins when I was told the solution needed to sit for 7. The results were disappointing too for the price - I couldn't tell the difference afterwards.
I felt as though I was being rushed because it was very busy and also I asked for little black stars on my pink acrylics and they are not very straight pretty bad iactually🥴
