Friendly welcome, but treatment was disappointing. When I got onto the bed the towel hadn't been changed from previous clients,(if at all that day), headrest towel was also oil sodden, noticed after treatment. The "facial" literally consisted of her massaging oil over my face,no cleanse,tone, moisturise more a"face rub"!My pal who bought this as a gift had the same poor experience. Therapist was lovely but needs more training or less clients, they were back to back or maybe just a bad day.

An absolute disaster of a day - what was supposed to be a relaxing hen do for my friend turned into a shocking experience. Afternoon tea was served to us in the hotels luggage room after attempting to serve us at the area that nails are usually done. A convention in the hotel meant our experience was tampered, staff could not have cared less. Shocked and disgusted that we are down £800 for this absolute joke of a day
