Whole experience was fantastic! Both Therapists amazing, accommodating. My friend had a broken foot, and her therapist accommodated her and her injury (boot off obviously), and she had a really lovely day! I bought this as a gift in November and changed the date once, but it needed to be used before March 2025 and so glad we did not push it to another date. It was a lovely, calming and relaxing experience. The only downside was the Jacuzzi wasn't working but other than that perfect.
