Very pleasant staff very helpful. Asan lovely girl knew how to get to those pesky sore bit . I went in full of pain and walked like I was on air. I will go back again X

The facility is run-down and very basic. The jacuzzi was also out of order. The chaning rooms had a weird and unpleasant smell. The ladies in the Spa were welcoming. Found out that one of the therapists was not fully qualified which we didnt know before. This would have changed the decision. To use the spa. My two friends only got 2 treatments instead of the 3 i bought - the staff not aware of the client packages. Dont think we eill use again. Not up to the standard of other local spa/hotels
