I cant rate this Spa & the staff high enough! We had a lovey high/tea first, then on to use the Spa facilites, small issue with changing room but this was rectified perfectly, nothing was too much hassle! And the Riverside therapists are another level welcoming & professional.

Whole experience was fantastic! Both Therapists amazing, accommodating. My friend had a broken foot, and her therapist accommodated her and her injury (boot off obviously), and she had a really lovely day!
I bought this as a gift in November and changed the date once, but it needed to be used before March 2025 and so glad we did not push it to another date. It was a lovely, calming and relaxing experience. The only downside was the Jacuzzi wasn't working but other than that perfect.
