Riverside beauty itself was great and the treatments were brilliant. We were disappointed as we'd booked a spa day (my mum and i) but there was no room to sit in before our after the treatment, except for the waiting area or the bar/restaurant, and nowhere to sit round the pool. We couldn't have robes or slippers as they don't do them anymore, so it was a bit of a disappointing spa day.

Treatment was first class and just the correct amount of pressure. Very efficient polite and caring. Arranged for me to have a coffee whilst waiting for other family members. A great experience and I will definitely return. Well done Emma.

Treatment lasted for about 10 mins the got told that was it as next people were waiting we were only 5 mins late and on my appointment it says 35 mins slot, there was constant banging above couldn’t enjoy it never got advices before of work getting done. Was suppose to get Prosecco or orange juice on arrival never got any.
