The Spa is very nice and owner Sam was pleasant.However the facilities at the Crowne Plaza Glasgow are poor.Tired looking.no jacuzzi,even though they advertise they have one,no relaxation area,no loungers etc.My massage from Emma was ok.However It was far too light,She specifically asked which amount of pressure I preferred but then didn't seem to apply any.Would recommend Riverside Beauty though even though facilities at Crowne Plaza are letting them down

I had a lovely Swedish massage with Amanda on Saturday. Very relaxing just the right pressure. Amanda asked me if I would like Swedish or Aroma therapy massage. I opted for Swedish then asked if I could have some oils on too when she got started. That wasn't a problem. The massage was great and the room was beautiful. I would definitely recommend.
