Booked this as a birthday treat. The package included use of the pool etc, and preselected treatments followed by lunch in the hotel. Our experience with the spa, staff and therapists was excellent however it all went wrong when we went for lunch. On arrival at the restaurant at the allocated time, we waited for 15 minutes before drinks arrived and a further 45 for lunch which was the wrong despite being ordered 2 hours before. Book the spa - it’s great. Just avoid lunch.

I went for the deal with 2 treatment and lunch . I upgraded my treatments to an hour each and so glad I did . My therapist Jac was amazing . Felt completely relaxed after my treatments .

Great massage & facial just a shame when we went was them getting ready from cop 26 quite noisy
Would have also like if I was asked what pressure I would like with massage or if pressure was ok other than that great spa day
