I stayed overnight at the Crowne Plaza and treatments were part of the deal we booked. On arrival at the spa, Jac explained everything to us. She then went on to carry out my treatments. My Swedish back and shoulder massage was the best I've had. I also had a facial and reflexology which were equally as good as the massage. Jac was professional but friendly, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would return.
