Therapist was a lovely person-I’m offering honest feedback to give the opportunity to improve-from the perspective from a person who has been to multiple facilities and spa days.There was no nice relax area post treatment - room was cold-bed not heated-light had to be put on whilst in room-an eye covering would have been lovely.Pedicure was very quick-only one coat of polish-therapist never asked about pressure during massage-slightly painful at times-use of nailsduring head massage-painful
