We’re booked in for a spa day, there was an unfortunate mix up and we were unable to use the pool, however the staff gave us a day pass to use the pool etc on another day, which was fab. Therapist was AMAZING, best facial and massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve had loads. We had a great day in all, thank you
