I have neck and shoulder pain and stiffness due to being very tense and find it very hard to relax. The therapist immediately noticed this and concentrated more on these areas,I could actually feel the tension easing during the massage. Felt so much better,the whole experience was great,slept like a log that night.Would recommend this experience and will definitely be returning.
