Highly recommend Riverside Beauty and the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Purchased the 5pm package for two people which included 3 spa treatments each, afternoon tea and a glass of fizz! Fantastic value for money! Our therapists, Lindsay and Ahlam, were both amazing and did a wonderful job! They were friendly, welcoming and had great attention to detail - our 3 treatments (Hand & Arm, Foot & Leg, and Back & Shoulder Massages) were soothing, blissful and left us both feeling completely relaxed! 5 star xxx

5 star treatment at Riverside Beauty and the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Purchased the 5pm package for two people which included 3 spa treatments each, afternoon tea and a glass of fizz! Our therapists, Lindsay and Ahlam, were both amazing! The 3 treatments we selected (Hand & Arm, Foot & Leg, and Back & Shoulder Massages) were absolute bliss! The afternoon tea and glass of fizz were delicious and the service at the restaurant was fantastic! Excellent all round!!! Looking forward to going back soon!x

Was here as a group for a hen party! We all thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Karen-Anne helped organise & plan well & all the beauticians were so lovely & gave us all fab treatments!

Lovely venue, very welcoming and luxurious. Karen-Anne made us very welcome and introduced our therapists, we were shown into our treatment rooms and made very comfortable. We each had aromatherapy massages and reflexology which were fantastic and so relaxing. As we were staying at the hotel we wore our cosy robes and slippers and chilled for the rest of the evening. We will definitely be going back for more.
