Very relaxing atmosphere in well laid out treatment room with an great massage from a very attentive masseuse. I felt very pampered and look back to returning.

I booked a group spa session for my birthday followed by afternoon tea. There were 6 of us in the group and the with the help of Karen Anne, we were all able to book a session that suited everyone’s budget. Some of the girls only went for one treatment and some went for two. Karen Anne was helpful and flexible especially when some of us were late! 🤦🏻♀️ (Apologies again for that) The treatments were great and my therapist Jac was lovely! The afternoon tea was plentiful and we had some fizz too! 🌟

Highly recommend Riverside Beauty and the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Purchased the 5pm package for two people which included 3 spa treatments each, afternoon tea and a glass of fizz! Fantastic value for money! Our therapists, Lindsay and Ahlam, were both amazing and did a wonderful job! They were friendly, welcoming and had great attention to detail - our 3 treatments (Hand & Arm, Foot & Leg, and Back & Shoulder Massages) were soothing, blissful and left us both feeling completely relaxed! 5 star xxx

5 star treatment at Riverside Beauty and the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Purchased the 5pm package for two people which included 3 spa treatments each, afternoon tea and a glass of fizz! Our therapists, Lindsay and Ahlam, were both amazing! The 3 treatments we selected (Hand & Arm, Foot & Leg, and Back & Shoulder Massages) were absolute bliss! The afternoon tea and glass of fizz were delicious and the service at the restaurant was fantastic! Excellent all round!!! Looking forward to going back soon!x

Was here as a group for a hen party! We all thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Karen-Anne helped organise & plan well & all the beauticians were so lovely & gave us all fab treatments!
